Every quote given is a price that you can rely on to cover the total cost of your construction - we want you to be fully aware of the total cost to move into your home. Every home is built with quality in mind. We build our home's to a standard that we would like for ourselves. It doesn't matter if you are a first home owner or building your dream home, you deserve the work to be done right!

What is the construction time?
This obviously varies depending on the size of the home, location, weather etc, but as a general rule we have a construction period of between 16 and 20 weeks. We also limit the number of jobs we do at any one time, to ensure the build time is within our estimated period. We are fully aware that if construction time is drawn out, you, the client, are usually paying rent for that period thus increasing expenses.
What extra's will their be at the end of the job?
There will be NO extra's at the end of the job. As the job progresses if our clients ask for items to vary, we apply the extra or credit (which ever is the case) at that particular stage. The only extra in our jobs, is if you, the client, ask for something extra or perhaps upgrade some inclusions after construction has commenced. The price we give you at the outset includes all council fees, statutory charges, footings and slab designed for your home on your block of land.
